The Net is a project that first started in June 2022, while meeting an asylum seeking family at one of our playgroups. We soon found out they were just one family out of hundreds that were residing in a nearby hotel many with small babies and toddlers. The aim of ‘The Net’ was to provide a monthly Parent and Toddler group at their residence, build connection and encourage families to attend our existing Parent and Toddler groups in the local area and feel part of the community.
