Help – I’m having a baby!
The blue line on that pregnancy test can fill you with a whole host of emotions and we want to highlight the various levels of support for pregnant families and babies up to the age of 12 months in Brent.
We are blessed in Brent with lots of services for this crucial time in your life yet sometimes finding the help and support needed can be challenging. We have created this webpage to hopefully make the search easier and to make you aware of a diverse range of services available. Feel free to explore the map, check out our videos where families and providers share their experiences and tell you what’s on offer.
Brent Babies is a Daniel’s Den project funded by Brent Council as part of the Best Start in Life initiative from central government. The aim of Best Start in Life is to improve child development and ensure that all children have the chance to achieve and thrive. We are highlighting the offer from the local authority in the Family Hubs as well as the voluntary sector and other providers.

1) Brent Babies Exhibition – Wednesday 11th March 2026
We are excited to be bringing together under one roof many local support services available for Brent Babies and expecting parents. Services will be delivered by Brent Council, NHS and the voluntary sector showing first hand the breadth of services and activities out there.
We will also have demonstrations from Mini First Aid, Baby massage and singing and story time.
